Chiongbian Family Completes Acquisition of Full Ownership of FAST Logistics Group

FAST Logistics Group announced the completion of the acquisition by the Chiongbian Family, through WLC
Holdings Inc., of the 40% stake in FAST previously held by Asia Seal Pte Limited.
